Dr. Shamim Fatima, Associate Professor at the Department of Humanities, COMSATS, conducted a highly engaging workshop on “Mediation and Moderation Integration in Contemporary Research Models” at the Institute of Applied Psychology on May 14, 2025.

The session aimed to enhance students' understanding of complex statistical concepts by breaking them down into clear, applicable strategies. Dr. Fatima guided participants through the theoretical foundations of mediation and moderation, while also demonstrating how to integrate these techniques into contemporary research models using practical examples. The workshop empowered students and early-career researchers to elevate the analytical rigor and interpretive clarity of their academic work.

The seminar was organized by Dr. Fatima Kamran, MPhil and MS Program Coordinator. Prof. Dr. Rafia, Director IAP, expressed sincere appreciation to Dr. Shamim Fatima for her valuable contribution to students’ academic and professional development.
